Solnil manufactures optical materials utilizing patented resin and nanoimprint lithography (NIL) technology. They produce high-index materials with refractive indices ranging from 2.0 to 2.6, low-index materials from 1.12 to 1.4, and intermediate-index materials from 1.4 to 2.0. Their products are designed for applications in augmented reality, metalenses, high-power laser optics, structural color, and microfluidics. The manufacturing process includes sol-gel chemistry and the use of original inks for creating dense, high-transparency coatings with low optical loss. Their capabilities allow for the production of large surfaces with various metal oxide compositions and custom dimensions.
