LeanSupplAI (“we”, “us”, “the platform”) operates an online directory that connects industrial buyers with suppliers. By creating a supplier listing or using the platform in any capacity, you agree to these Terms of Service.

02What the service does
LeanSupplAI allows companies to submit a supplier profile, which — after email confirmation and administrator review — may be published in the public supplier directory so that potential buyers can discover and contact the supplier.
03Eligibility and accuracy
- You confirm you are authorised to represent the company you are registering.
- You confirm the information you submit is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
- You agree not to impersonate another company or submit a competitor's information without authorisation.
04Review and approval
All self-registered listings are subject to manual review. We may approve, reject, request changes to, or remove any listing at our discretion, at any time, without prior notice.
05Data you provide
Information submitted through the registration form will be stored, processed, and displayed to other platform users in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
06Prohibited uses
- Upload unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content;
- Scrape, copy, or republish the directory or its contents for commercial purposes;
- Probe, attack, or circumvent the platform's security or rate limits;
- Submit spam, bulk listings, or automated submissions.
07Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform for as long as your listing is active.
08Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific match quality, or business outcomes.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to fees paid (if any). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10Termination
You may request removal of your listing at any time by emailing legal@leansupplai.com. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms.
11Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany.
12Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on file.
