MOEWE Optical Solutions GmbH manufactures industrial polygon scanners that utilize a patented double-reflection optical design and real-time data processing via a 200 MHz FPGA. These scanners are capable of achieving deflection speeds greater than 1,000 m/s and support high laser powers exceeding 5 kW. The systems are designed for applications requiring high precision and repeatability, such as microstructuring and cleaning, with features including a large clear aperture of up to 30 mm and small spot sizes of less than 10 µm depending on the optics and laser used.
