Established in 1984, JM Dixon Associates Ltd was set up by three ex Capper Neil Group design engineers with the purpose of providing design and draughting services for the pressure vessel, heat exchanger and storage tank industries. The company quickly made a name for themselves providing an excellent design service to local fabricators and have been building on that reputation ever since keeping a strong relationship with a large number of clients, locally and internationally. JM Dixon Associates Ltd is able to offer design and consulting services for a complete range of pressure vessels and storage tanks, having the experience of over 25 years of designing to code; from the smallest vessels to recently working on one of the largest vessels in the world. In more recent years we have added further CAD design packages, such as Inventor professional and SolidWorks have been involved in complete package designs for offshore skids including pressure vessels, structural steel, and all pipework. Additionally we are now regularly asked to compile suitability for service reports for storage vessels and tanks in the petrochemical industries, for which we produce bespoke reports that demonstrate if the vessels and tanks meet relevant code requirements. We continue to design site built storage tanks for a number of national and international fabricators; these include three LPG tanks for the middle east and 16 tanks for the Gorgan LNG facility.
