About Quaestus Resources is a privately held Europe and Africa focused natural resources group engaged in the exploration, development and refining of critical battery and technology metals. We formed in 2019 for the purpose of addressing critical metals insecurity in Western markets by forming a diversified exploration portfolio of near-term producing assets, one with a low impact on the environment and unobstructed passage to Western consumers. Our diversified critical minerals portfolio will comprise brownfield mine redevelopment and tailings valorisation projects alongside mature greenfield exploration opportunities. Investment Focus We are evaluating critical mineral opportunities for acquisition and investment with a focus on properties with proven potential for hosting copper, cobalt, nickel, vanadium, titanium, phosphate and gold. Tactical Partnerships We are exploring earn-in joint venture opportunities at the project and country level with operators who share our philosophy and aspirations. We are open to operating exploration projects in unison with joint venture partners as the strategic investor, increasing our interest to full ownership at the mine development stage. Such partnerships might be for currently slow-moving or inactive projects requiring outside capital due to external political risk factors, local regulatory challenges or stakeholder concerns distressing company cash flows. Integrated Refinery We have started the process of evaluating the business case for Quaestus Resources building and operating an integrated critical metals refinery in Britain, one with the capacity to refine copper, cobalt, nickel and gold products in large quantities for British and European manufacturers.
