GaN Semiconductor Co., Ltd., established in September 2017 and headquartered in Shanghai’s Lingang New Area, is an IDM enterprise dedicated to the research, development, design, production and sale of gallium‑nitride (GaN) electronic devices. The company operates a GaN industry chain and owns two wholly‑owned subsidiaries: Jiangsu Xingang Semiconductor, which manufactures GaN epitaxial wafers, GaN‑based optoelectronic and detector wafers, and provides custom epitaxy services; and Jiangxi Wannianjing Semiconductor, the first GaN power‑device wafer maker in Jiangxi with a capacity of 200,000 wafers. GaN HEMT and SBD power chips produced by the group serve power electronics, communications, detection and industrial curing applications.
