Set up over 30 years ago, ATS provides both its domestic market (Italy) and the international market with digital diagnostic imaging systems. In-depth market research and considerable investments in R&D mean that ATS offers innovative X-ray equipment to meet all diagnostic needs. Its research and development labs form a major part of the company, with more than 30% of the workforce employed in R&D related activities. This goes to show just how important research and continuous innovation is to the company. Indeed, ATS works closely with the European Community and various universities and research institutes. ATS has always taken great care over each stage of the process, from the initial design of a new product to its marketing. The company has had its own ISO 9001 and EN ISO 13485 certified Quality System since 1990. Every product leaving the ATS factory complies with particularly strict quality standards in order to guarantee the customer peace of mind, safe in knowledge that it has the very best equipment offering the excellent levels of performance. The company is responsible for the quality of its products, from their design through to their installation, and guarantees efficient technical backup thanks to its highly trained staff. Its Technical and Customer Care Service offers a prompt and competent response whenever needed: in situ maintenance or remote diagnosis and trouble-shooting via an expert tried-and-tested remote-assistance service. ATS also systematically organises technical training courses on its own premises or c/o the customer so that all aspects of its equipment can be fully exploited. These courses can be tailored to meet the needs of physicians, paramedics or technicians and explain how best to use the equipment.
