The ABC Assessment Centre, incorporated in 2018, supports the sector in its continual investment in creating a strong, skilled and qualified workforce by offering NVQ Assessments and Short Course Bricklayer Training. We consider that, when implemented correctly, the method of Onsite Training and Assessment (OSAT) is the most practical way to qualify and upskill construction workforces. For both the employer and the learner, it enables a cost effective and productive route to prove competency and gain qualification, as evidence is collected whilst the learner is working. NVQ Assessment: We use the industry's most experienced and qualified Assessors to deliver L2 and L3 NVQ Bricklaying qualifications, as well as L3 Occupational Work Supervision, L4 Construction Site Supervision, L6 Construction Site Management, L6 Construction Contracting Operations Management and L7 Construction Senior Management. Short Course Training: We also deliver 16 CITB-accredited Short Duration Bricklayer Training Courses, which cover a wide range of skills relevant to the construction industry, supply chains and employers, both in colleges and commercially on sites.
