Industry Risk Control, established in 2005, is a leading independent provider of risk and reliability management and technical services. IRC is based in Beijing (China), with offices in Xi’an (China), Guangzhou (China), Shenyang (China), Shanghai (China), Tianjin (China), Chengdu (China), and Dubai (UAE). IRC’s enthusiastic team comprises of professional engineers from a number of disciplines and with extensive experience. Over the years IRC has completed a significant number of risk and reliability related services in both China domestic and international markets. We have also developed positive collaboration relationships with a number of major domestic and foreign oil, petrochemical, operators and engineering companies. IRC operates an in-house software development team in Shenyang, focusing on process safety management and reliability based softwares. Our software spans from risk management, reliability modelling to change of management support.
