SiC Microtec is a young and dynamic company that offers a proprietary precision-refurbishment solution for SiC EPI reactor parts. We drive productivity in SiC manufacturing by improving lifetime, yield and bringing down Cost of Ownership. As a special service, we are able to provide a “one-stop-shop solution”, including packaging and the whole logistics process with part tracking, in order to keep the customer's effort as low as possible. We offer a full range of refurbishing services aswell as new parts for SiC EPI reactors.
