Nantong Fujitsu Microelectronics Co., Ltd (NFME) is one of the largest independent outsourcing semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) service providers in China, serving customers of both local and overseas, IC design houses and IDMs. Founded in 1997 and listed in 2007 in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, NFME provides a broad portfolio of semiconductor packages ranging from TO, TSSOP, SOT to QFP, QFN, FBGA, flip chip and bumping/WLCSP. We are the first mainland Chinese OSAT to start full turnkey service for flip chip bumping, wafer sort, assembly and test. Our bumping/WLCSP capability covers both 200mm and 300mm wafers. NFME has its mega operation factories in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province of China.
