About
The Institute of Semiconductor Technology at the Technische Universität Braunschweig consists of two working groups (Prof. Andreas Waag and Prof. Tobias Voss) and employs around 60 people in technology, administration and science. The institute's research is broad and deals with topics such as GaN technology and µLED arrays, analysis of nanostructures and development of new measurement methods, 2D materials, DNA origami and molecular electronics, micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS), optical quantum technologies and many more.
