EKK Eagle America Semicon Division provides quality engineered solutions for its semiconductor customers, from concept to production. Our vertical integration is what separates us from the competition. We are unique, because we produce our own monomers in making synthetic rubber. This allows us to control our development and product from base monomer structure to polymerization, to finished O-ring. All of this done in a clean room environment from polymerization to finished molded parts. We don't require purchasing monomers and base resins from 3rd party vendors. Therefore, we not only control the development and performance of our rubber but have a distinctive advantage in our price structure. Our wide range of Superior® elastomers from FKM’s to next generation plasma resistance FFKM’s allows us the ability to provide best of breed solutions to our semiconductor customers. In addition, we offer all of our products in molded shapes, custom sizes and in all major “Bonded Gate” gate styles. We have a long history of the OPM for several OEM’s for our quality Welded Bellows, Magnetic Fluid Vacuum Seals and Rotary Joint Seals. EKK Semicon Division was established in 2010 as the sales and engineering division of EKK Eagle for all semiconductor markets outside of Japan.
